Techniques and Therapy
WE PROVIDE A BROAD RANGE OF PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES
Online
Psychotherapy and coaching remotely by videoconferencing in real-time through our specialized virtual platform, allowing you to choose more suitable schedules from anywhere in the world. We adapt to this digital age, preserving confidentiality through an encryption system and guaranteeing the same quality of service as in face-to-face therapy.

Narrative Therapy
In this therapy, we use language as a way to build our reality, with therapeutic goals. We seek a respectful, non-blame approach, assuming that the problem is a separate entity from the person and that the person possesses skills, competencies, convictions, values, commitments and abilities that will help him in reducing the negative influence of the problem on his life

Motivational Interviewing
If you need a change, which can be start therapy, we need to know in which step are you, are you ready to start your change? Do you think you will be ready, but not yet? Do you want to change? Do you need to change?

Group Therapy
It can really help to talk to people that have more or less the same problems or situations as you have. You won’t feel “strange”, you’ll get to understand that you are not the only one in that circumstance, and you can share and feel understood, what you do, how your feel, how you are coping with everything, and how you are getting over the problem that is worrying you.

Family Systemic Therapy
One of the biggest influence in our life is the family, and the way the relationships in the family are. We work from a systemic perspective, because any change in the family, will cause a change in the whole family system, direct or indirectly.

Face to Face
We can have face to face sessions in Madrid, Amsterdam and Utrecht. We don’t have a fixed practice, this allows us to be more flexible with our locations, and you can find the closest one to where you live or work, among our rented spaces.

Emergency and Crisis
We use techniques to make you control the situation you are handling. It is not therapy, it is just to make you be able to control your emotions, grounding, and be able to make decisions and carry on during the emergency. But if once the emergency has finished, you continue with symptoms we recommend you going to therapy.

EMDR
Depression is currently fourth among the top 10 causes of the global burden.

Contemplative Techniques and Mindfulness
Training empathy, altruism, resilience and compassion from a neuroscientific perspective based on brain neuroplasticity, with the aim of training the calm mind to produce well-being in any type of situation.en.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: It is the therapy with the most evidence-based recognition. There is a link between what we think, how we feel and how we act. So if we change the first point, our cognition, we can feel better and act in a better or healthier way.

Coaching
We use coaching sessions to make you move forward, once your emotions are balanced, or/and we have worked on them. We will work with you in your goal, and how to achieve it, and see what is happening with the barriers.

Positive Psychology
From this new approach, we develop coping skills from the knowledge and training of our internal strengths, promoting factors that facilitate full life, such as well-being, resilience, optimism, humour, creativity, among others, taking into account the negative but without becoming our main focus.
Who We Help
The People We Support

Adults
Adults take counsel for both traditional clinical pictures and other types of difficulties. Adulthood is accompanied by increased responsibilities, conflicts and intense experiences. Adults are also responsible for other people (sick or elderly parents, children), live more bereavements (death, breakups, job loss…), deal with a chronic illness, have less time for themselves, overflow and sometimes are unable to find a way out. After several unresolved attempts at self-management is when the adult asks the professional for help.

Teenagers
Between the ages of 14 and 18 young people deal with a particularly difficult period, there is a certain detachment towards parents, more approach to their peers and the values passed on from family and school are questioned, looking for other options and seeking their own identity. Very rapid biological changes occur, as well as psychological and social changes causing the so-called “emotional storms”.

Family
The family is one of the systems that have more influence on our development as a person. We find it very important, in some cases, to work with the family, when there is a relational problem or there are certain aspects that are not working well.
With minors, we always work with the family, because some times if we change things in the family, the problem that the minor has, can be solved more easily.

Couples
Couples go through different phases, and each change can become a small or big crisis: Moving together, getting married, having children, and then teenagers, when their own parents become elderly people and start having health problems and different needs… There are also other personal factors that can affect the couple, like job situation, a change in one’s own needs, or values or interests. We all develop ourselves along with our lives and sometimes a couple needs to adapt to each other, more than once in their life.

Children
We address the emotional, behavioural, cognitive, affective and social problems of minors, understanding the evolutionary period in which they are located and how their family, educational and social environment is developing. Early care is the most effective way to prevent emotional disorders in adulthood. We also intervene with parents, teachers and other adults who influence the child's behaviour.
